Neighbourhood Navigators provide a hands on information and support service to the hard to reach and least engaged members of these communities and work with them to better access local services to meet their needs. The neighbourhood navigator service will be ceasing in its existing form from 31st December 2013. However continued support will be available from Linkbridge and Help Direct. Referrals can be made and support provided by the following:
